My vehicle was sent to Humphris by my insurance company. As it was the first time I had ever been involved in an accident I was very nervous about what to do but the team at Humphris really made the process very easy and kept me updated every step of the way. Humphris Oxford Crash Repair Centre did a magnificent job to my car (Kia Niro plug-in Hybrid 2021 model). They fixed the scratch on the bonnet in less than 10 minutes, not only that there was another scratch on the side door at the same time which I did not expected they could fix it at the same time. My Seat Leon was repaired here following a serious rear end collision. I am very impressed with the work that has been carried out. The paint on the replaced parts matches perfectly and all the panels are lined up correctly. The team were great with keeping me up to date throughout the process.
